Overtime Bidding

Why did the auction closing time extend by 10 minutes after I placed my bid? This is called "Popcorn" Bidding: Bids placed within 10 minutes prior to a lot's scheduled closing time will extend the closing time on that lot an additional 10 minutes. This gives all bidders an opportunity to place a competing bid. All lots will close when there have been no bids placed within the last remaining 10 minutes.

Max Bid

Your Max Bid is the most you are willing to pay for an auction item. Consider placing a Max Bid if you don’t have time to monitor an auction. Your Max Bid won't be displayed to other bidders, but will be displayed as the current bid based on the bidding increment. You won’t pay the Max Bid amount unless another bid bumps you up to the next increment.

Watching Items

You can monitor items you're interested in without placing a bid by selecting Watch This Item after you've logged into your account. Now you can keep track of the closing date, next minimum bid and number of bids from your Account page. We’ll email you a reminder to bid the morning items you are watching close. You can remove an item from your watch list from your Account page or by clicking the Watch button again.

Closing Time

This is the time the auction will end, but "Popcorn Bidding" could add 10 minutes to the closing time. If a bid is placed within 10 minutes of the closing time, the auction will extend by 10 minutes. This allows competing bidders a chance to stay in the race.

From Second City improv troupe to Strangers with Candy, The Daily Show and SNL, Stephen Colbert has been a hilarious influence in comedy since the mid 90s. It was only a matter of time until The Colbert Report was to hit the scene. Now, you and three others get this fun and informative opportunity to meet Stephen Colbert after steering the great ship of news through channels of truth on his hit show on Comedy Central, The Colbert Report.

Terms: Includes: four (4) VIP tickets, a backstage tour, a chance to take a photo at Stephen's desk after the show, and a meet & greet with Stephen Colbert. All audience members must be 18 years of age or older. We make no exceptions and ID is required. The shows tape Monday through Thursday. Arrival time is 5:30pm SHARP on the VIP line. Show ends approximately 8:00pm. You, the winner, will be held responsible for your guests. If you or anyone in your party shows up past 5:30pm, you will not be able to enter the studio. Must e-mail requested show date at least two months in advance.

Shipping and Handling The minimum shipping, handling and applicable insurance for this item is $9.95. Additional shipping charges may apply based upon the location of the winner. Hard copies of tickets, travel certificates and merchandise are shipped via FedEx or professional shipping service. Detailed redemption information for non-tangible items will be emailed to the winning bidder.
